VEHICLE PICK-UP AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

* IMPORTANT: The driver must also be the credit card holder. Non credit card holders can only be added as additional drivers for car hire in Namibia.
* At the car rental pick-up branch, the driver has to present the confirmation voucher together with his driver's license, ID or passport and credit card.
* Any additional drivers must also present their driver's licenses and ID's or passport documents.
* Everything is payable directly to the car rental company when picking up your car. No pre-payment is needed.
* At the start of the car rental, the rental branch will charge your credit card with an amount consisting of the total car hire amount and the refundable excess and fuel deposits. Please make sure you have enough funds available on your credit card at the start of the rental to cover all costs and refundable deposits.
* The car rental branches in Namibia ONLY accept CREDIT CARDS. No Debit cards, cash or cheques are accepted.
* Extension fees are charged at a surcharge of 25% on the daily rent al rate if you extend directly with the car rental company and not with us.
* All excluded charges are subject to change without prior notice.
